Pop Up Bookstore at Kusanya Cafe

On August 12 and 13, Open Books is creating a pop up bookstore at Kusanya Cafe in Englewood (825 W 69th St). We’ll set up thousands of books in Kusanya’s adjoining space, all of which will be pay what you want (even free!). The pop up store will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on both days.
In partnership with Chicago Parent, Amy Jaeschke of the Chicago Sky will host a storytime for children at 10 am on August 12.
Plus, on August 13 Do Not Submit: Storytelling Open Mic will be performing at Kusanya.
